November Tornado Hits Plains, KS

A Kansas man records an EF4 tornado that passed just northeast of his home.
Info From Licensor: "I came home from work on 11/16/15 at approximately 1745 I noticed a large funnel cload, wedge, form to my west. I began taking pictures and videos of it as it formed into a large tornado and started moving my direction. I took pictures and videos of this tornado for about 20 mins. It went just north of my house and continued moving NE. It was classified as a EF4 later that night by the NWS. "
