Info from Licensor: "I was Driving home from work on Miami Beach, a woman popped out of sunroof of a car to my right and began to "twerk" while someone inside the car held one of her legs. The car was driving around 60-70mph, music playing. This is typical behavior in Miami during spring break and/or Memorial Day weekend."
