Neighbor Yelling the N-Word, Gets Naked

Info from Licensor: Myself, my brothers, our kids and family were out front of my brother's house celebrating Easter Sunday. We had just finished our egg hunt and were enjoying each other's company while our kids were playing. I stepped inside to finish cooking something. While inside, my 5-year-old nephew ran in screaming and crying terrified of something. That's when I ran outside to find two adults, Jessica and Kevin, with their children. They were screaming at my brothers and yelling the "N-word" multiple times. My brothers stated to me that they were walking by and started using that word. When he asked them to watch their mouth because kids were present. She rushed up the parking lot and Kevin began to threaten my brother saying that he would handcuff him. We could see that he had an extremely large knife in the tactical type vest he had on also. Then Jessica began to chest bump my brother Greg a couple of times up the driveway while calling him the "N-word." That's when my other brother Rahtavian began recording for safety and evidence, this seemed to set her over the edge. When I came out I started yelling for them to leave. Kevin started repeatedly screaming the "N-word" and Jessica got in my face and continued to scream in my face. She began to call the police stated that we wouldnt stop recording her. As the argument continues my sister-in-law also called the police from her phone and after giving them all the details they told her that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and they would send somebody as soon as they could and they reassured her that they had been speaking with her (Jessica) and directing her to leave repeatedly but she was refusing. As the arguement continues, I yelled pull up ur pants and she pulled them all the way down. It was all so disturbing.
