Scooter Driver Gets Rammed by Truck

Info from Licensor: "On my way home from work stopped at a traffic light, I saw a scooter in the mirror and the lane splitting behind me. The scooter then proceeded to stop in lane next to me in front of truck who all ready was in lane. I saw the guy pulling something out off his pocket (mobile phone) and using it as seen in video. Once the light turned green I looked at him and he was still on phone even the car in front of him had already left."
