Tesla Cameras Capture Reckless Driver on Freeway

Info from Licensor: "I was driving down Freeway 8 west in San Diego, California when a white car comes speeding and cuts me off, he then proceeded to break-check me 3 times. Later he merges onto the right lane, slows down in speed, and turns on his right signal making me think he will take the next exit. He then merges into my lane and crashes into me. When we both came to a stop he gets out of his car and blames me for what had happened."
