I have a cheese and wine business called Mouse & Grape so I had a 6kg wheel of Tosi Gorgonzola for my birthday cake. I had organized an intimate gathering with friends at Pastella & Butler where we had wine, charcuterie, cheese, etc… Shockingly, I set my hair on fire!
