Occurred on December 4, 2016 / Pompano Beach, Florida, USA

Info from Licensor: "A Friend and I were driving home on Atlantic Blvd and 28th Ave just west of Powerline Road, heading Westbound, in Pompano Beach FL. on 12/04/16 02:30pm. I saw someone cross the road stopping cars. He walked across the street then stopped and posed. The car to my right drove around him. The person flipped a bird with each hand then walked away. No one honked or did anything rude."
