Info from Licensor: "Was pulling up to a stoplight and a vehicle trying to turn left on a flashing yellow wasn't paying enough attention a pickup hit them at 65-70 mph (that road speed limit is 65mph), then the truck with its momentum continued until landing into a canal. Pulled up to help, and both drivers went to the hospital they both recovered."
