Truck Loading Barge Fail

Occurred on September 8, 2016 / Tobolsk,Tyumen, Russia

Info: A truck carrying pipes attempted to reverse onto a barge. The barge came away from the short and the truck fell into the water. The truck driver managed to get out of the cabin for a few seconds before the cabin flooded.
