Hospital Waiting Room Altercation

Info from Licensor: "I was in the waiting room at the Sunrise hospital in Las Vegas. An African American guy was lashing out at an Asian man. When the Asian man sat down, the aggravated African American guy assaulted him. The ending result was that metro police came and took him into custody."
