Driver Rear Ends Slow Moving Car

Info from Licensor: "While driving on I-37 near Pleasanton, I noticed a slow moving vehicle in the right lane. I moved to the left lane to pass and noticed the car immediately behind the slow-moving car was not aware of the car's slow speed. Realizing the collision was going to happen, I slowed down as the second car rear-ended the front car at near full highway speeds, about 75 mph. Luckily, all passengers were walking around after impact. The footage was recorded with Garmin Dash Cam 45."
