Driver Almost Causes Three Accidents

Info from Licensor: "I was driving to work. As I approached the intersection of Airport and Bresler Drive the driver of a Lexus cut me off, sped to the light, which was already red. The Lexus wasn’t able to brake in time for the crosswalk and nearly hit a car. They then backed up fast and nearly ran over a pedestrian, making contact with the woman's right arm."
