Info from Licensor: "There was a BBQ Cookoff in the parking lot next door to the building, where Duke the French Bulldog lives. I see him every day, and he is one of my favorite dog walking clients. We went to investigate the smells, and that's when he saw the pumpkin. He thought it was a big ball and wanted to play with it, so he started jumping and barking at it."
