Restraining an Impaired Driver

Info from Licensor: "I was sitting in my car when a woman in a white car drove past me with smoke coming from the engine bay and the passenger side front the rear wheels were folded in bent and sparks were flying. The story is, she hit a light pole head-on and when a man got out his truck to check on her she threw a punch at him then drove off. She was drunk and smelled of alcohol one man said. When the car passed me and I saw what was going on I gave chase. The car only made it two miles before she crashed. The car came to a stop, and when it did she attempted to run but only got 20 yards before falling down. She claimed to have been walking when two gentlemen attacked her and took her to the ground, screaming that they were chocking her. However, you can clearly see no one was choking her. She was arrested for a DUI and hit and run."
