Biking Policeman Takes a Tumble Chasing Criminal

Info from Licensor: I was driving from a friend's place last year and witnessed this policeman randomly flips over the handlebars from his bike. I put it on my Facebook and it got loads of hits.
He was chasing a criminal on a bike when he fell. He was fine and the bad guy got caught!
