SUV Runs Over Biker and Flees the Scene

Info from Licensor: "We were on a group motorcycle ride when a car came up through the group somewhat aggressively. A motorcycle goes in front of him and appears to slow down causing the car to run into him. The rider slides down the highway. The car speeds away and then brakes very aggressively causing a second motorcycle to go down with no helmet. Both riders are fine to the best of my knowledge."
