Strange Whirlpools Appear After Storm

Info from Licensor: "I filmed some unusual whirlpools in the desert at red rock canyon after a storm. Notice the clockwise and counter-clockwise swirls. This is so unusual and so much rain in Las Vegas. I am unsure as to the counter-clockwise whirlpool, possibly a culvert or a ravine? It continues to be a weather anomaly."
