Adults Passed Out With Kids in the Backseat

Info from Licensor: "I was going to work one morning and saw this couple passed out. I went over to the car and once I saw the two babies in the back I had to call the cops. They came and woke them up and found them with drugs in their hand and more in the car. The cops then took them to jail".
