Info from Licensor: "On January 25th at around 7pm, I walked out onto Lake Monona with a friend. We were pretty far away from the houses when I realized, lifting my arms, that there was a strange clicking, almost like a shock hitting my fingers through my gloves. I took my gloves off and noticed that when I raised my hands, I could see little sparks of blue coming from my fingertips."
