Women Call 911 for Possible Drug Overdose off Highway

Info from Licensor: "While driving home from work at Doc Holliday Saloon headed north on Ellington Parkway we witnessed a car swerve and thought he was texting and driving. as we continue driving he runs off the road and into the tree line only to over correct back on to the interstate and get off the Broadmoor exit where he stopped. We then called for emergency services after seeing his head drop down. We approached the vehicle only to find a man passed out and a large bag of powder substance and a prescription bottle. We tried to keep him alert as his pulse and breathing lowered each time he nodded off increasingly. We waited until emergency personnel arrived. We didn’t want to interrupt the professionals so we left our information for police and left. The police are in possession of the videos."
