Car Hits Cyclist Coming Around Corner

Info from Licensor: "While riding my bike to my mother's, a car undercut the corner and hit me. He picked up my bike and claimed that he couldn't see because the device in his car that clears his window screen was not working. I had a sore right knee and later found out that the gears on my bike were damaged. I reported it to the police, and I'm waiting for them to investigate."
