Info from Licensor: "A tire rolled out of a yellow 1971 Chevrolet c10 backing off of a lift, while washing and detailing a blue 1966 Dodge Polara. The tire avoids traffic, stops in the middle of the street, and the guy washing the car wonders why someone is honking, has an oh moment, and runs to get the tire."
