Guy Cuts Line for Coffee

Info from Licensor: "There is only one Starbucks open in the area due to COVID-19. I pulled up and the line was almost to the street. The moment there was movement the guy in the truck pretended to be at a stop sign, immediately cut off the car ahead of me. Guy 2 yells for him to get out of line. I figured now would be a good time to record when someone else yelled out that the same guy has been doing that every day. The manager came outside to address the issue, both guys were serviced. The guy from the truck was warned to stop cutting the line. Turns out many of the people in the comments have had run-ins with the same guy.
