Info from Licensor: "This video was taken in Wyoming, several days AFTER the last snowstorm. On certain portions of I-80, the wind blows with such strength and consistency that sand/salt/brine are simply blown off the road, leaving massive sheets of ice that never really disappear during the winter months!"
