RING Camera Picks Up Strange Phenomenon

Info from Licensor: 2 separate videos but the same thing is happening. We have no clue what is going on in the videos. One is on a ring doorbell and the other is on a ring floodlight camera. The ring on the back porch didn't activate but I do have pictures that are not in the video. No one else is experiencing it on their ring doorbells in the area. It is not rain. Just curious as to what is going on.
