Info from Licensor: "We were driving home from disc golf when I noticed a man running down the middle of the road. As we approached, it became apparent that he was completely nude. One police car was following as the streaker continued his run down the median. The solo police officer then pulled in front and began apprehending the nude man who put up a bit of a struggle before being pinned to the ground."
