Convertible Tire Blowout on the Interstate

Info from Licensor: "Convertible (appears to be a TR7) has a back tire blowout on i-70 W just outside of Columbus/Hilliard. The vehicle spins out and rolls into a ditch. This was a one car incident and the driver was allegedly OK. Recorded on a Tesla Model 3."
