Info from Licensor: "A man fell out of a window of an apartment building, in which he was only wearing swimming trunks. After that, he armed himself with a pipe and started running around the yard, occasionally shouting loudly and striking at parked cars. Soon the police arrived and stopped him. Half an hour after that, the doctors arrived at the scene of the event. People said it was drugs."
