Info from Licensor: "I am a tetraplegic man. I took this returning from vacation. It was captured flying from Cape Town to Doha on an Airbus A350 near Faquira, Mozambique, Africa. The camera was an iPhone 7 Plus on time-lapse mode and rested on the window lip against the plane window."
