Girl Struck in Cross Walk by Cop Car

Info from Licensor: "Police officer with lights on and no sirens blows through a stop light and struck a girl while she was in the cross-walk. The cop was not fined or prosecuted. If it was anyone else, they would have gotten a huge ticket and possibly jail time."
