Interloping Possum Clutches Crystals and Won't Leave

Info from Licensor: "A possum got into my home via the doggy door. I tried to coax it out with a broom and it started hissing at me. We had a whole conversation back and forth. It grabbed one of my crystals and would not let it go. Finally, I called animal control and they grabbed it."
