Info from Licensor: "This event happened on Friday, April 19th, 2019. A man hijacked a C-Tran bus in Vancouver, Washington claiming to possess a gun. He ordered the driver to take him to Portland, Oregon. The following police chase ensued. This video shows the final moments of that police chase, resulting in an arrest."
