Info from Licensor: "I was sitting in my office on Tuesday morning and around 8:36 AM, I noticed a helicopter on fire heading to the airport. It broke in half and fell out of the sky. Two people survived the helicopter crash and the pilot perished as well as a resident in the apartment it fell on."
