Man Uses Train as Toilet

Info from Licensor: "After getting on the train at Penrith station at 7:45am, we noticed this man asleep, laying across the seat. He then got up, went to the end of the carriage, and started urinating on the train in front of school children. Once he finished, he went back to sleep."
