Houston Police Taser Naked Man Who Hits Cop

Info from Licensor: "I arrived at Fannin station on 6-6-17 around 3 pm. Exited the light rail and saw a naked man spraying people with pesticide spray. I saw two cops approaching the train. That is when I decided to begin recording. The man got tased and arrested with 2 counts of assault to the police officer."
