Info from Licensor: "Driving on I95 when this car passed by us. Moments later, he was involved in an accident. He ran into a truck that spun into a Lexus SUV. The car was off the shoulder, yards ahead of the accident. So we passed the accident, and moments later we notice the same car flying past us on the highway, so I began recording to report him."
