Phoenix the Border Collie Is Unstoppable

Info from Licensor: "Phoenix is a Border Collie that was found living in a landfill. She was dragging her broken, emaciated body across a road and was picked up by a state trooper. It's not known how long she lived in that landfill - but it was long enough for her broken legs to heal in that position. Can't imagine the strength she had to survive with 2 broken legs! She was immediately taken to a veterinarian and then was placed with Arizona Border Collie Rescue. We were the lucky ones that got to be her foster. She was brought back to good health, had surgery, and had lots of physical therapy, and through it all, she was a fighter! We decided we couldn't part with her and made our home her forever home. Phoenix is a survivor! She is strong and quite possibly the happiest dog ever! She is now living her best life- and she loves going for walks in her cart!"
