Info: A thrilling scene appeared on the street: a part of the road collapsed under the stress of flash floods. This footage was filmed by Zhao Mengling in Luzhou, Sichuan, China, at 6:25 a.m. on July 27, 2023. A large area collapsed, with yellow floods rushing by. The cement pavement was broken into pieces. Some cars parking on the edge of the collapsed road almost fell into the water, and even a car was struggling on a highly-sloped broken piece.
