Road Rage Incident Off I-5

Occurred on August 5, 2023 / Portland, Oregon, USA

Info from Licensor: "I was traveling southbound on I-5 leaving Washington and entering Oregon. I saw the two cars swerve at each other, then I saw the black car brake-check the white car. Once I saw they were taking the exit off of I-5, I slowed down and pulled over to shoot the video."
