Maybe A Trashcan Isn't The Best Hiding Place

Info from Licensor: "While at work Monday February 20, 2023, around 1:15 pm, I received a Ring notification on my phone that someone had rang my doorbell. At first glance, it looked to me like it was a cable guy or someone that I was not interested in talking to. A few minutes later, they rang the bell again in which I saw cop cars in the background, so I answered, which can be heard in the video. The cop had asked for me to check to see if there was any motion on the camera that we were speaking on prior to me answering and I told him I had one in the back that I would check. I switched over to the back camera and saw someone climbing in my trashcan. I rushed back to the front door camera and informed the cop of what I saw in which they ran to the rear camera as seen in the video. The cop then called me the next day to thank me and speak to me more of what happened. I was not informed of what the suspect did, but the cop did say specifically that it was a serious crime and that the reason they left so abruptly the day before was because they were chasing another suspect with the one in the video. To this day, I am still not certain what happened but there have been several comments on the video from people who know the suspect, saying what he did."
