Info from Licensor: "This video was taken at a World Day Against Breast Cancer ceremony in Ciudad Victoria Tamaulipas. They release balloons for the celebration, one of the balloons enters the air vortex of the drone and the drone falls almost hitting one of my fellow cameramen."
