BASE Jumper Almost Collapses Friend's Parachute
Posted by:
Michael Cook
Occurred on January 18, 2020 / Moab, Utah, USA Info from Licensor: "The jump occurred in the beautiful desert of Moab, UT. Two jumpers, Matt and Kimball, prepare to do a jump together. On the count of three, they both leap off the 400ft cliff. Kimball leads the way with Matt following. Kimball accidentally pulls his parachute a second earlier than the duo had originally planned, which leads Matt to nearly collide with Kimball's canopy. Matt's quick reaction allows him to maneuver away just in the nick of time. Had they collided, it could have been a disastrous outcome for both men. Luckily, they make it to the ground and are OK!"
