Tire Bounces Straight at Oncoming Traffic

Info from Licensor: "I was driving north on the Garden State Parkway when I noticed a tire bounce next to the median on the opposite side of the road. Before I knew it, the tire was bouncing straight at my car and without looking, I swerved into the lane next to me. The tire ended up bouncing further down the parkway, hitting the top of a van, and settling in the grass on the side of the road."
