Car Splattered With Bright Green Paint in Parking Lot

Info from Licensor: "My daughters and I were heading to a doctors appointment where we saw a car with green paint on it in the parking lot. After parking, we inspected the car with green paint and noticed there was a can laying on the concrete and we realized someone must’ve ran over it. We then saw two more cans, and realized a work truck must’ve dropped them. We went inside to our doctor's appointment, notified the appropriate staff, and showed them what we recorded. After our doctor's appointment, we saw a lady searching for cans and she said she found another one. So a total of 4 cans."
