Info from Licensor: "Leaving a conference that was being held at Weber State University, I saw a young mother, her daughter, and father looking in the storm drain with a WSU-PD officer. As I approached, realizing that there were babies in there, I just started to record. It was so amazing to share this experience with these wonderful people."
