Snow Covered Truck Takes out Traffic Light

Info from Licensor: "A semi truck had a massive mound of frozen snow on the back end of the trailer. The semi was heading west on 6th SW St when the Mound struck an active stoplight at 66th SW Ave which almost fell on my car and the vehicle next to me."
