Man Overdoses at Traffic Light

Occurred in April, 2017 / Maple Heights, Ohio, USA

Info: A man was found stopped at a red light, passed out, with his foot on the break and the vehicle in gear. The man had overdosed on Heroin, the police were called and he was rushed to the hospital.
