Info from Licensor: "I was driving from Idaho to Virginia, doing genealogy research along the way. I planned on spending the night in Cheyenne but stopped in Laramie because of high winds. I was in my hotel room, watching and videoing the storm through the glass window. Saying a few prayers at the same time! Luckily, it didn’t come my way."
