Info from Licensor: "Cartel the otter, not sure whether he's an otter or a kangaroo. Age: 3 months. He often comes to my lap and squeaks as if he's asking me to hold him or comfort him in anyway. Cartel was truly born to be adored by millions of people, he became famous by many of his own videos that we managed to capture."
