Teens on Bikes Running Red Lights And Doing Wheelies

Info From Licensor: " was driving down Whalley Ave. in New Haven, CT. Stopped at a red light, I heard the bikes coming up behind me fast and weaving through traffic. They ran the first and second red light, all the while doing wheelies. They got in pedestrians' and other cars' way. A four wheeler that ran the light at the end nearly got hit by another car that had the green light. I have heard there are 'dirt bike racing' problems that the police are having issues with trying to stop. Also, all of the bikes are illegal on Connecticut roads." - Wendy LeGault
